Flow of job introduction
If you are new to dispatched employees, don't worry.
Personnel Service Co., Ltd. will provide full support from registration
to job introduction and employment.
2. Counseling
We will speak with a career counselor who holds public qualifications based on the sheet you filled out. Our career counselors will help you choose an environment where you can work in your own way.


3.Suggestion
There are roughly two types of dispatch: ``Registered Dispatch'' and ``Introduction Scheduled Dispatch,'' and we will make a proposal based on the content of the counseling. We will face your personality through careful career counseling.
4.Start of work
Once you have decided on the company where you would like to work, a "worker dispatch contract" will be concluded between the client company, our company, and you. Your salary will be paid by us, and you will receive guidance on your work from the person in charge at the company you are dispatched to. Career counselors regularly visit the companies we are dispatched to and conduct follow-up interviews, so please feel free to contact us if you have any problems.


5. Contract renewal/expiration
One month before the end of the original contract period, we will confirm the intentions of both the company and you. According to the Worker Dispatch Act, a worker cannot work at the same company for more than three years. Therefore, if you would like to renew your contract for more than 3 years, we will interview you to suit both parties' wishes, such as joining temporary employment agency as a full-time employee (indefinite-term employment contract) or joining the company as a regular employee.
